Product review
Customers must provide accurate product specifications and destination information. We may refuse requests involving restricted, dangerous, counterfeit, illegal, or unusually high-risk goods. Basic photos are not professional authentication or technical inspection.
Quotes and changes
Unless stated otherwise, quotes are valid for 48 hours. Seller price, stock, domestic shipping, exchange rates, packaging, carrier availability, and international shipping can change. Final international shipping is confirmed after actual weight and dimensions are known.
Customs and destination rules
Customers must not request false descriptions, false gift declarations, or understated customs values. Import duties, taxes, permits, and local compliance can apply. Customs and carrier decisions remain outside our direct control.
Delays and third parties
Seller, warehouse, carrier, customs, and final-mile events may affect timing. Any compensation for loss or damage is subject to the agreed service and applicable carrier or insurance terms.
