A standard arrival check typically records the parcel and can provide basic photos of the visible item, quantity, color, and packaging. It is not a substitute for professional authentication, laboratory testing, or a full functional inspection.
Basic arrival record
When the parcel reaches the China receiving point, it is matched to the correct request. The basic record confirms that a package arrived and gives a starting point for the next checks.
Photo check
Where requested, basic photos can show visible appearance, quantity, color, and outer condition. Sealed packaging is not opened without approval, so photos may not reveal internal or hidden issues.
